BS, it absolutely is, my 960M laptop can run it with higher settings that that and it's complete gargbage. It has had updates as of late that make it much more viable to use on SteamOS, namely massive improvements to the Vulkan backend which means we can skip using DirectX12 which is still broken in this specific case through SteamOS. Also not to burst your bubble but ncaa 14 is going to run rough on deck likely.
